When I was a kid sitting in the floor watching television my brother would often say, “Your daddy wasn’t a glassmaker.”
I didn’t understand the joke for the longest time - I would always think, “I know, he was a drill sargent.”
Then one day I got it.
Last night, I understood it on a whole ‘nother level.
Life is good.
